Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to our guests Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure company’s standard operating procedures are adhered to Assist outlet’s management with accounting of sales, wastage and revenue Communicate across various departments as part of operational duties Ensure cleanliness of the outlet at all time Perform ad-hoc duties as required by branch manager We are looking for someone who is: Bubbly and Friendly Responsible & have good work ethics Passionate about working in Food and Beverage Industry Able to perform in a fast-paced environment A good team player Adaptable Willing to learn Locations: Sembawang Upper Thomson Orchard Paragon Great World Plaza Singapura You will be trained to operate all the stations at our studio/cafe/kiosk. Minimum experience is required as training will be provided. Prior experience in the Food & Beverage Industry will be an added advantage.
