Working Hour?

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm , inclusive of 45 min lunch break Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm , inclusive of 45min lunch break Exam period: May be required to stay till 6pm, inclusive of 45 min lunch break. The additional hours worked may be offset by leaving early on other days.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Scopes?

Kitchen Assistant Duties

Assist in the preparation of utensils and ingredients for teachers during practical sessions and examinations Assist in the preparation and distribution of utensils and ingredients for students during practical sessions Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the NFS rooms, utensils, and equipment; clear fridges of unwanted/spoilt/expired food and wipe shelves regularly Assist teachers in checking equipment and ensuring cleanliness after practical sessions Responsible for securing the NFS rooms when not in use Report any defects or maintenance issues in the NFS rooms promptly Assist in stocktaking of utensils and equipment Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the school

Requirements?

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field Familiar with kitchen appliances and general kitchen safety practices Possess a valid WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate Able to work well in a team environment Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
