Job Description


  • Position : Temp Admin Assistant
  • Location : Dover Rd ( Few stops from Commonwealth)
  • Working hours : 2 days per week (Monday & Friday , 9.00am\xe2\x80\x935.30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $1100 Basic
  • Duration : 1 month ((03 Mar to 31 Mar).
  • Industry : Education
Main Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Setting up of Meeting rooms
  • Arranging couriers
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct calls
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Lost & Found
  • Assist in data entry if required
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in any field
  • Positive attitude and customer service oriented
  • Computer knowledge of MS Office and proficiency with new technology
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business
