Job Scope:
- Creation, maintenance and administering of the 3rd Party Distribution\'s workflow, processes and records.
- Handle distributors\' enquiries relating to 3rd party NB submissions, Code Creation, 3rd party products or orphan policy matters. To manage agent inquiries, email general enquiry mailbox, operations shared mailboxes
- Support in system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing for 3rd Party business or other area. This will include determining scope of system enhancement, preparing user requirements and test plans .
- Works closely with stakeholders on administering agency movement and adding activities.
- To assist and coordinate reporting data for management team
- To involve in continuous Improvement Projects on business transformation and manage operational risk and controls.
- To undertake any other duties or projects as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum Diploma with administrative experiences
- Able to commit 1 year
