: * Engage in Private Banking and Retail/Investment/Insurance control initiatives, controls strategy, governance and framework * Quality Assurance of files received from Analytics and Information Management (AI : Engage in Private Banking and Retail/Investment/Insurance control initiatives, controls strategy, governance and framework Quality Assurance of files received from Analytics and Information Management (AIM) for publication to countries Tracking of outliers sent and dispositions of outliers received back from countries Partner with DCAAF and AIM team to ensure request is appropriately raised on JIRA (initiative/process management platform) with proper documentation of change request (logics and approvals) and sign off from Country and DCAAF Head for implementation Provide data for the weekly risk and control updates including issues that are closed or pending validation, status of audits and other reviews. Assist in the preparation of monthly Business Risk and Control meeting deck including extracting issues from the reporting systems for scorecard and open issues analysis, reconciling the data to various sources and working with business stakeholders to obtain updates and consolidation of the information in the deck.
