Description
- Checking for completeness of the high volume of sales accounting entries interface from an in-house sales system to ERP.
- Responsible for sales adjustments when necessary.
- Responsible for general journal entries relating to sales during month end
- Responsible for monthly sales reporting to landlord offices for selected stores.
- Assist in answering enquiries from other departments and stores partners if necessary.
- Responsible for the weekly and monthly reconciliation.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules.
- Checking for completeness of high volume of receipts entries interface from an in-house reconciliation system to ERP.
- Assist in bi-annual stock take exercise at DC
- Responsible for other finance related administrative matters such as filing, opening letters
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
