Job Description
- Responsible for setting up the Sales training function that leads capability upgrade for the commercial organization in the areas of automation, analytics, forecasting accuracy, revenue growth management, key account management
- Leverage the Sales Analysts to promote standardized reporting & develop action-driven automated dashboards
- Maintain and update the GTR performance scorecard aligned to the GTR vision by region/key customer
- Develop, implement, and monitor the store execution to deliver the best in-class store experience
- Lead the training vertical for the commercial organization
- Lead the process of commercial need analysis, develop a commercial learning calendar for all existing team members & new hires in commercial function
- Conduct talent needs assessment sharing insights with the HR & talent development team for future hiring in Commercial organization.
- Lead the Monthly Commercial Review process along with Sales Director & Commercial Marketing Director
- Degree and above
- 12-13 years in relevant experiences in FMCG/Beverage companies
- Experienced in leading a team
- Experienced in the use of sales forecasting software
- Exceptional business, commercial and financial acumen
