Job Scope:
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain and create periodic HR / and Management reports
\xe2\x97\x8f Involved in end to end recruitment cycle for 1-2 Business Units ; including manage the recruitment and selection shortlisting process.
\xe2\x97\x8f Initiate projects with external agencies; recruitment vendors, government agencies for mass recruitment exercises or projects
\xe2\x97\x8f Forecast and maintain monthly project and Business unit headcount.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ongoing engagement with the line to identify and understand people priorities that have business implications & Design action plans to address these priorities
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint/ dashboards; ie. power BI
\xe2\x97\x8f Supervise and motivate staff in the team
