1 Year Investment Operation Specialist (buy Side)

Job Description
- 1 Year Contract + 1 Month Completion Bonus (Highly Extendable/ Convertible)
- Basic Salary up to $ 6000
- Pre-matching equity, fixed income and money market transactions
- Timely settlement of security and cash transactions on settlement date
- Reconciliation of security and cash accounts
- Providing operational support to trading desks and Front Office and to internal and external clients
- Perform EOD checks & reconciliations in the system and remediate when needed
- Prepare and send EOD reports within the timeline
- Working with Traders to manage any IPO process
- Resolve trade exceptions, trade errors, failed trades
- Understanding and applying market rules, deadlines and characteristics
- Working in a controlled environment
- Identifying cost saving opportunities in operations processes and process improvement opportunities in daily processes
- Working with management team to comply to all market regulations and provide support for regulatory requests when required
- Min Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics and other relevant qualifications.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in middle office operation functions in a financial services industry
- Possess product knowledge in Equity and Fixed income product knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders
- Ability in handling pressure to meet deadlines
