Description

The Human Resource Adminstrator is the supportive force behind HR, acts as the first level support for all employee's enquiries, ennsuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

Jobscope:

  • To be actively involved in supporting the HR department in areas of workforce planning, recruitment process, payroll activities, benefits administration, employee engagement and record management.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing employee record changes with full confidentiality. Includes but not limited to salary, variable pay, transfers, promotions, demotions, title changes, employee information, etc.) according to HR established workflow, policies and procedures.
  • Be the other point of contact for Employee's leave and medical claims queries and liaising with appointed medical vendor.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll movements for the respective month and to submit the payroll movements to appointed payroll vendor
  • Working together with the HR Manager and HR Generalist, Singapore to run employee welfare programs for Employees and HR projects
  • Manages the onboarding for new hires;
  • Onboaring preparation such onboarding announcement and data entry in SAP HCM
  • Assists in the logistics planning for new employee onboarding sessions
  • Conducting orientation (back-up)
  • Enrolling new hires insurance benefit
  • Manages the offboarding process for exiting employees i.e. Exit Clearance
  • Proper record-keeping of employees' learning and development records
  • Monitoring employees' records for related compliance and regulations
  • Establish, facilitate and streamline internal HR processes, and focus on continuous improvement with suggestions to improve processes and policies
  • Prepares official HR letters for employees in strict confidence. This includes but not limited to employment certificates and letters to government etc
  • Assists in MyCareerFuture Posting for all new positions and liaising with the recruitment agencies
  • Interview arrangement coordinations
  • Participates in the quarterly or annual Government Employee surveys
Jobscope :

  • Min 2 years of relevant HR experiences
