GEM Strategic Alliance has been a leading group agency with one of the major life insurance corporations here in Singapore. It has been founded by an industry veteran and leader with over 20 years of experience and currently boasts one of the strongest team strength.GEM Consultants have been constantly top of production categories and the agency has recently undergone a re-brand and on a growth phase. We are currently seeking a Candidate Success Lead to assist the Marketing Team in doing outbound candidate outreach and engagement to grow the overall agency strength.Role of Outbound Recruitment Officer: Create simple outbound messages (training provided) to reach out to potential career prospects via social media Learn the psychology and mindset behind driving successful conversions from online media platforms to offline Leverage the following social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn to reach out to potential career prospects. Hence, you need to have basic working knowledge of these platforms Manage targets and your own activities well - this will be a self-paced and self-driven tasks with strong KPIs and performance incentives Understand the dynamics and work nature within the life insurance industry and also, be willing to receive training and coaching to ensure due performance of the role Execute select recruitment activities, including but not limited to, Zoom consultations and physical events (not the main priority)Expectations of Candidate Mature, self-driven and independent Strong eye for detail and ability to work well under pressure and targets Driven to achieve set-out goals and for financial incentives Motivation to engage career candidates on common questions and concerns on careers and industry processes (basic) This will be a full-time career - M to F 9am - 5pm GMT+8, work can be done either remotely or at our offices in Bugis Prior experience / understanding of the life insurance industry and recruitment function will be a strong plus Communications will be largely virtual with usage of tech platforms like Trello, Clickup and Whatsapp. Physical meetings will be conducted on a needs basis
