Job Description
- Up to $8,000 with Good Company Benefits & Bonus

- Prior experience with end-to-end SDLC will be highly advantageous for this role
- Involves identifying business needs through gathering user requirements, facilitating change management and translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Analyse business use cases for new features and enhancement to current systems.
- Involve in various stages of SDLC, systems development process and project management
- Provide L1/L2 support on application related issues
- Act as intermediary between key stakeholders, developers, vendors and end users.
- Present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders with regards to improving business processes and efficiencies
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Candidates with relevant skills but without experience will be considered; Training is provided
- Experience in stakeholders, vendors and end-user and project management.
- Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Project Methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and well verse with problem resolution methodologies
- Experience in SQL/ C#/ .NET/ Java / Python and willing to do partial programming is an added advantage but not a must-have
