We continue to provide world-class talent to help small and medium-sized enterprises successfully build their offshore team in the Philippines.The RoleThe Customer Service Representative position is focused on providing exceptional phone support for clients who are enrolled in our debt validation program. A typical day consists of making and answering inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and SMS, and maintaining a positive rapport with our client base by exemplifying our core values to ensure they receive the best possible client experience.This position will report to the Customer Service Manager at the Tustin, California office.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Utilize customer relationship management software to facilitate the process of responding to customer calls and addressing customer concerns
  • Resolve customer inquiries/complaints with limited escalation to team leaders
  • Document client discussions clearly and concisely
  • If required, escalate and direct clients to managers, team leads, and other departments as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to remain professional, empathetic, polite, flexible, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic when faced with complex problems
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Amenability to work in PDT Time Zone (10:00PM to 11:00PM PHI)
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
