  • Support the implementation of annual performance management (PM) framework and assessment to be used for the review of staff performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct periodic review of HR and relevant policies, benchmarking and comparative studies activities with external agencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the organization\'s performance appraisal cycle. \xe2\x80\xa2 Streamline relevant processes and work with consultant to enhance the Performance management (PM) system, where applicable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide secretariat support to PM calibration/ranking meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the review and implementation of compensation and rewards policies, conduct analysis of market trends and make appropriate recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the review and implementation of the salary structure including starting salary framework, increment and bonus matrices. \xe2\x80\xa2 In addition to the above stated duties, undertake other duties as assign.

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in performance management and/or compensation will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for promoting knowledge sharing and learning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to gain experiential learning by working with a diverse range of stakeholders and functions where the opportunities avail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and attentive to details. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
