The staff will support the Project Manager in the following: 1. Design and drive business transformation strategy and plans. 2. Engage internal leadership and stakeholders at all levels to deliver leadership and organisational development initiatives. 3. Plan, develop and execute sharing sessions, townhalls, seminars and interventions to harness and address organisations\' needs and priorities. 4. Design, develop and implement a communications and engagement plan to build desired organisation culture and instil a common mission. Including the design and development of collaterals e.g. EDMs, posters etc. 5. Together with internal stakeholders, manage external partners, vendors, consultants and/or trainers to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. 6. Provide secretariat support at management meetings e.g. minute taking, preparing presentations etc.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication (oral and writing) skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comfortable in public speaking with ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in strategy, planning, leadership development, organizational development or change management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates with relevant internship and/or temporary work experience are welcome to apply.
