Job Description
Work Location: Bukit Panjang Work Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm Friday: 7.30am to 4.00pm Contract Period: 2 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.
- Preparation of resources for the teaching of Art, English Department (where applicable) and General Office.
- Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
Job Requirement : \xc2\xb7 At least 3 GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level passes\xc2\xb7
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- At least have 2 years of experience working in a school environment.
