Are you passionate about audio-visual technology and enjoy supporting the needs of a dynamic school environment? We are looking for a dedicated AV Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of all AV systems, supporting school events, and enhancing the teaching and learning experience through effective AV solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain various AV equipment such as visualisers, projectors, speakers, control panels, switchers, and mixers.
• Oversee and manage AV systems in special rooms, including auditoriums, ensuring smooth operation of sound control panels, microphone setups, and matrix systems.
• Provide technical support and advice for live-streaming and video conferencing for school events.
• Integrate AV solutions with school IT systems and ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
• Manage AV assets, including maintenance, replacement, and inventory.
• Support school events by managing AV setup and providing technical assistance.
• Provide training to staff and students on the use of AV equipment.

• Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.

• At least 2 years of working experience as an AV Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a school environment.
• Experience managing AV systems for events, functions, and projects.
• Proficiency with AV systems in auditoriums, sound control panels, and microphone setups.
• Experience in live-streaming, video conferencing, or similar technologies.
• IT-savvy with strong computer skills, ensuring seamless AV integration with school systems.
• Experience in training staff and students on AV equipment usage is preferred.
• Prior experience in handling AV/ICT equipment in a school setting is a plus.
