Name of School St Andrew's School (Secondary)


Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2027.


Option to Extend:1 Jan 2028 to 31 Dec 2029.


Working Hour?


Monday to Friday: 10:00am to 2:00pm, (no lunch break) Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays


Job Scopes?


1. Coordinate booking, payment, usage and security with the HOD PE & CCA, School Admin Team and relevant parties for the school field and Indoor Sports Hall by internal and external parties.


2. Provide monthly overview of facilities usage to HOD PE & CCA, School Admin Team and OM.


3. Ensure that the school field, Indoor Sports Hall and surrounding facility is clean after the usage.


4. Maintain the school field in good condition every half yearly using the buggy to comb the field.


5. Maintain the buggy in good condition every half yearly (batteries, tyres and any relevant repairs).


6. Maintain the gym equipment every half yearly and ensure that the vendor does the maintenance of the equipment.


7. Maintain the security of the offices at the sport facilities, Indoor Sports Hall, gym and storage.

Skills


Good communication, people management and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders such as teachers, school admin staff and relevant parties, on matters relating to the booking, payment and security of school field, gym and Indoor Sports Hall Good knowledge and understanding of maintaining school field, indoor sports hall, gym equipment and storage Qualifications and Experience The Personnel shall minimally have a "GCE O level" and at least 3 years of relevant experience working in a school or equivalent.
