Job Description
- Work with business support managers and liaise with recruiters, vendors and direct applicants for designated roles/departments
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing employment contracts
- Manage the internship programme
- Act as the HRIS point of contact
- Assist the Head of HR- South East Asia in the talent review process
- Assist in the annual benefits renewal exercise
- Liaise with overseas office and clients to support secondment arrangements
- Manage benefits issues and queries
- Assist in review and maintenance of all HR policies, procedures and documentation to ensure their applicability to the business going forward
- Prepare various HR reports
- To be involved in ad-hoc HR projects as and when required
- Minimum Degree and above
- At least 2-3 years of HRBP/ relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
