Work with business support managers and liaise with recruiters, vendors and direct applicants for designated roles/departments
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing employment contracts
Manage the internship programme
Act as the HRIS point of contact
Assist the Head of HR- South East Asia in the talent review process
Assist in the annual benefits renewal exercise
Liaise with overseas office and clients to support secondment arrangements
Manage benefits issues and queries
Assist in review and maintenance of all HR policies, procedures and documentation to ensure their applicability to the business going forward
Prepare various HR reports
To be involved in ad-hoc HR projects as and when required
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree and above
At least 2-3 years of HRBP/ relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
