Customer Relation Officer x 2
Yearly contract renewable, Under Search Index agency payroll
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage hotline. On the job training
- Supporting a team of 20 pax
- Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes/ gas appliances.
- Handle customers\' enquiries on appointments and installation related matters through phone calls and emails.
- Send SMS/ emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
- Promote and selling gas appliances to potential customers.
- Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.
- GCE O Level with customer service, call center or liaise with vendors experience.
- Good communication skills & computer literate
- Willing to work 5.5 days with alternate Saturday off
- Working Hours: 5.5 days work week, alternate Sat, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or 8.30am-6pm; Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
- Working location: Senoko Ave with Company transport to & fro (Mon to Fri) at bus stop opposite Sembawang MRT station
- Basic Salary: $1,800 - $2,000 + $150 counter allowance + OT payable Up to 1 month completion bonus
- Medical leave as per MOM regulation
- Annual leave 14 days per year
- Medical reimbursement
