-The Opportunity

  • Work in Singapore Largest Tech industry - Company is confirmed well known by all
  • Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
  • Location: Pasir Panjang & East
  • 2months, starting ASAP!
  • Salary: $2000-$2100
  • Entry Level! No Exp needed, training will be provided
The Talent
  • Proficient in MS office suite, Especially MS office Excel
  • Well-versed in managing data files, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining organized records.
  • Min Diploma/GCE A level in any disciplines
  • Scanning Documents: Use scanning technology to create high-quality digital copies from physical documents.
  • Document Storage: Organise and store physical documents using an efficient and secure filing system.
  • Document Retrieval: Retrieve documents as requested, guaranteeing timely and correct distribution to authorised persons.
  • Off-Site Archiving: Coordinate the transfer and storage of records in off-site archiving facilities, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking.
  • Audit Document Retrieval: Assist audit procedures by retrieving and delivering required documents, guaranteeing compliance with audit requirements.
