- Responsible for handling the building maintenance services
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance and improvement works
- To oversee the day to day management and maintenance of the mall
- Attending to tenants\' feedback and requests on operations
- Ensure the optimal plant/equipment operations and performance to match
- Coordinate tenancy fitting out works and supervise a team of technicians
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
