We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Engineer to support the migration of our AFC system to a cloud-based platform. You will coordinate project activities, track progress and budgets, and drive collaboration across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders. Your independence, technical awareness of AFC and cloud systems, and strong organisation will ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, schedule, and facilitate project meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability
• Monitor project performance; identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Produce accurate, timely progress reports for management forums, steering committees, and stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations
• Collaborate with Finance to administer project budgets and expenditures
• Facilitate and document design/technical reviews with contractors, cloud architects, and AFC specialists; track outcomes to closure
• Promote continuous improvement via post-project evaluations and lessons learned

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related discipline
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer/Coordinator in technology or system migration projects
• Experience with Automatic Fare Collection projects in Singapore's transit environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows)
• Strongorganisational and time management skills; able to work independently
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable working under pressure, managing competing priorities, and adapting to change
