Dow provides early career experiences across multiple areas of Human Resource and, at the same time, gives participants insight into the Dow organization and culture through challenging assignments, exposure to senior HR leaders, networking and structured learning programs.
You would be based in the Heeren office (Orchard), in the first assignment of the program, you would be assigned to Talent Advisory and Workforce Administrative team to handle employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries and operations on employee\xe2\x80\x99s life cycle. Next you would be rotated to Total Rewards and Time & Absence Management to handle Compensation/Benefits and payroll matters. Lastly, it would be with the Talent Acquisition Team and Talent Management Team to handle recruitment and Learning & Development activities.
After the rotation, you would be developed into a competent HR Partners who can work with the leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives for your client group.
