Be a part of an exciting growth phase of Grab marketing in Singapore! The team works closely with various departments in Grab, from Business, Creative, Account Management, Ops and Demand Planning to support and grow the different business streams.
This encompasses marketing efforts across multiple Grab services in Singapore, including but not limited to Grab Financial Group, GrabFood, GrabMart etc.

You can now apply for our Marketing Internships, running from Aug to Dec 2023. Our internships are designed to provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you\'ve learned into action and give you an opportunity to join us in driving South East Asia forward together.
Interns in Marketing have the opportunity to perform their internships in different team, including but not limited to the following areas:
Deliveries & Consumer Marketing
Work with the SG country marketing team to plan, launch and track campaigns for our Deliveries (Food & Mart) and Consumer (Mobility and Financial Services).
Consumer Marketing
Work with the immediate team to plan, develop and execute initiatives to engage our consumer and merchant-partner community, including marketing comms, content creation, education, workshops and conferences, etc.
Product Marketing
Conduct Market research and competitor analysis for product launches
Track and analyze market trends & competitive movements
Copywriting of creative messages & developing communication materials,
Support the marketing team in formulating strategy, executing campaigns and marketing operations
Merchant engagement
Lead various merchant engagement initiatives and/or projects from planning to execution and post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Regional Financial Services Marketing
Work together with the regional Lending business teams (compliance, legal, operations, collections, etc) for an efficient marketing process
Regional Marketing, PayLater
Develop marketing materials such as videos and eDMs, craft marketing messages and track campaign performance, or provide updates
Growth & Revenue Management
Analyze & monitor key performance metrics such as transactions/rides, user productivity, number of active users, revenue, revenue per user, and promo cost on weekly and monthly basis
Support campaign preparation & execution with Marketing and Operations team to ensure successful launch
The Must-Haves
Only for candidates who are available full-time from Aug to Dec 2023
You should be a full-time student majoring in Marketing, Communications or related fields seeking a matriculated internship
You should be enrolled in a Singapore university, Singaporean/ Singapore PR studying abroad
Excellent command and fluent in English
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
The Nice-to-Haves
You should be resourceful and creative; savvy with the media landscape
The ability to contribute creative ideas to campaigns and be hands-on is essential
Being agile and able to work in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a positive attitude and can-do spirit is critical
We require our interns in Singapore to be covered under the Employment Act (EA) and Work Injury Compensation (WICA) act. As such, our internship opportunities are limited to students of any nationality studying in Singapore, and Singaporean/PR studying in any location.
