The Regional Sustainability Team is responsible for managing the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) impact for Grab. As a regional function, your work will span across the entire South East Asia region. The team is responsible for planning, internal & external stakeholder engagement, project management and subject matter expertise for ESG-related matters.

The Must-Haves

Only for candidates who are available full-time from Jul to Dec 2023

You should be a full-time student majoring in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Urban Studies, Environmental Engineering, Social Work, Sustainable Development, Humanities and/or related fields seeking a matriculated internship

You should be enrolled in a Singapore university, Singaporean/ Singapore PR studying abroad

The Nice-to-Haves

Interested in environmental and sustainability issues in Southeast Asia.

Strong written communication and analytical skills

Strong time management skills

Highly curious and adaptive with the desire to brainstorm solutions to tough sustainability issues facing Southeast Asia.

An interest in project management and report writing.

Burning desire for creating positive difference in the community-at large (particularly on the social and environmental aspects).

We require our interns in Singapore to be covered under the Employment Act (EA) and Work Injury Compensation (WICA) act. As such, our internship opportunities are limited to students of any nationality studying in Singapore, and Singaporean/PR studying in any location.
