• Position: 2023 intake! - Recruiter/ Recruitment Consultant (Sales/ HR)
• Location: East (Tampines), Singapore
• Working hours: 9.00 to

Monday to Friday * Salary/ Benefits:

• Basic salary up to S$4,500 (Commensurate with experience) - Average annual earning including commission and incentive and bonus - 55,000 to 120,000SGD or MORE
• Every quarter basic salary increment of $0 to $400
• Highly paid commission scheme (INDIVIDUAL - FIXED - 30% with 2.5 times threshold)
• Monthly TOP Biller awards (S$500, S$300 & S$100 x 3 Cash)
• $500 cash every 4 months TOP Clients' Biller awards*
• Other monthly cash incentives
• S$1,500 cash travel bonus yearly*
• 1 month of AWS bonus yearly
• Yearly paid variable bonus (Uncapped amount)
• Marriage leave - 3 days

Responsibilities:

• Telemarketing, business development to identify and develop strong clients' accounts, both new and existing business to achieve sales targets
• Problem solving and responsible to serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfil clients and candidates needs
• Conduct database and online search to match, Interview, assessing and placing the right staff to meet customers' hiring needs diligently
• Handle all administrative duties including typing of resumes, etc. and management reporting efficiently
• Resourceful, multi-tasking and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE at least 3 years of SALES or SALES & MARKETING or BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT or CUSTOMER SERVICE experience
• Maturity and commitment to work hard with a "never-say-die" attitude
• A sales-oriented & service driven personality and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
• Ability to work independently with high level of motivation and service mindset
• A fast-learner, energetic, resourceful, focused & responsible individual
• Possess excellent communication and written skills in English
