This involves developing and implementing plans to maintain operations, manage risks, and recover from incidents. The section works to identify potential threats, assess their impact, and create strategies to mitigate risks. Additionally, it collaborates with various teams across the organisation to ensure that business processes and systems are resilient and can be restored in a timely manner. Overall, the Business Continuity section plays a crucial role in safeguarding the organisation\'s ability to function effectively in the face of adversity. What you will be working on As a Business Continuity Intern, your will be supporting the BC section on the 2 projects below: Scope of work for organisation wide BC table-top exercise Assist in table-top exercise planning. Coordinate discussions, and document exercise scope, scenarios, and injects. Assist in the design and preparation of briefing/training and survey materials for exercise participants. Provide logistics support for the conduct of exercises. Assist in analyzing survey results, preparing post-exercise reports, and presentation materials. Scope of work of Business Continuity Objectives review: Assist in the preparation of templates for the review. Assist in consolidating and preparing materials to guide departments in performing their review. Assist in documenting the departments\' submissions and prepare reports for the Business Continuity Management Committee (BCMC) for approval.

What we are looking for We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Available Full time from May - Aug 2024 (5 days/week). Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A strong interest in operational risk management and a desire to gain experience how organisation build resiliency to major disruptive events. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
