About the Team Human Resource Development Our Human Resource Development team plays a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent to help us achieve our organizational goals. As a Human Resource (Career Readiness) Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and contribute to our efforts in shaping and enhancing the employee experience journey through innovative contributions. Additionally, you will have the chance to support our career development initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in fostering professional growth within our organisation.

What you will be working on:

What you will be working on As a Human Resource (Career Readiness) Intern, your responsibilities will include: Competency Development: Identify relevant competencies for technical and non-technical positions within CPF Board and create communication materials to support the understanding and adoption of these competencies Involvement in various staff engagement initiatives: Plan and coordinate activities and initiatives to engage various groups of staff such as CPF alumni and senior officers Design Collaterals and Communication Materials: Create collaterals and communication/branding materials to support the HR initiatives. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify relevant courses and materials/resources for different profile of officers to support career development initiatives and enhancement of employee experience What you can expect During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect: Learning Opportunities: Gain valuable hands-on experience in competency development, career development and designing of employee experience Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced HR professionals who are passionate about your development. Exposure: You will be exposed to the inner workings of the public service sector, and understand the critical role of HR in a government agency. Networking: Connect with professionals in the HR field and build your network within the public service sector.

What we are looking for:

What we are looking for We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Available Full time (5 days/week) Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A strong interest in career development and designing employee experience. Strong design & creative skills, with the ability to develop engaging collaterals and communication materials for HR initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
