System EngineerDigital Imaging Service Provider (MNC)Basic: SGD1800 - SGD2500Working days: 5 working daysWorking days: Mon - Fri8:30am - 6pmLocation: One North MRT, SingaporeProvide servicing on customers MFDs in accordance with procedures indicated inside the service manual.Take ownership of designated MFDs and to ensure all MFDs are in optimum working conditions.Providing quality services during visits to ensure customers or users are delighted.To provide resolution to customer when they encountered connectivity issues or unable to utilize the machine in their printing environment.To undertake the role and responsibilities to ensure all installed machines with connectivity are properly installed and demonstrated to users on the use of the machines functions and connectivity matters.Support team in technical support and solutions At least a diploma or equivalent in engineering, IT, business, or a related field is required.At least 2 years or more of relevant experience in technical field operation in office equipment with intermediate knowledge in networking
