By strategically crafting and communicating our employer brand, this team cultivates a compelling narrative that resonates with current and potential employees, showcasing our authentic and unique culture, values, and opportunities. As our Intern, you will help to drive our mission to be an employer of choice, empowering us to attract, retain, and inspire exceptional talent. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualise, develop, and curate engaging content for CPF Board\'s social media channels, and showcase the company\'s culture, values, achievements, and employee experiences. Monitor and manage social media channels professionally, fostering a positive and engaging online community. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop comprehensive Employer Branding guidelines and messaging frameworks for all communication channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with CPF Board\'s unique identity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with stakeholders and Corporate Communications to ensure visual and written elements align with branding guidelines and reflect the company\'s identity, while aligning employer branding efforts with overall corporate communication strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor practices, and employee perceptions, refining and strengthening the employer brand positioning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support talent communication and employer branding initiatives, leverage Canva for designing communications, assist in executing employee engagement and LinkedIn publicity activities, and collaborate with the team on social media plans and posts for activities and campaigns, while also providing assistance in administrative and ad-hoc projects for the EB Team.What we are looking for:We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for storytelling and promoting employer brands. \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in designing and developing branding guidelines and messaging frameworks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimise branding strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative and adaptable, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. Position is on a full-time internship basis from Jan - May 2025.
