Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:The Social Media and Digital Marketing (SMDC) Team plays a pivotal role in creating, managing, and optimising content to achieve CPF Board\'s goals. By producing meaningful and informative content, you will help Singaporeans understand the importance of CPF in their financial planning and retirement readiness. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute the strategic roadmap for communication through digital and social media content for the Board, with a particular focus on creating compelling, integrated, and effective native experiences for our members. You will be exposed to the full spectrum of digital and social media marketing to various segments of the population and learn to effectively manage agencies and internal stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce engaging TikTok videos, Instagram stories, static posts, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster and nurture community engagement across social media platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enhance visibility and engagement of CPF Board\'s Social Media Platforms and Content through targeted strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and oversee collaborations with external content creators and social media agencies.What we are looking for:We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a Diploma or a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or Communication studies, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 A strong interest in digital and social media. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Copywriting experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, video and photography skills, and knowledge of social media, content management, and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics) are advantageous. Position is on a full-time internship basis from Jan - Dec 2025.
