Roles & Responsibilities
s
- Liaise, coordinate and work with design and project team.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for construction.
- Prepare and plot architectural and interior design drawings.
- Prepare submission drawings based on requirements, given information and technical knowledge.
- Knowledge in Electrical single line drawing is a plus point.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Building Drafting/Engineering/Architectural/Interior Design or equivalent certificate.
- Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
- Experienced in Construction Projects, Interior Design, Shop Fittings and Architectural Drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge on using Sketchup.
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
- Works independently as well as efficiently and responsibly.
- Excellent time management, coordination and communication skills.
