This position is responsible for overseeing and supporting the centralized store functions, which encompasses receiving, unpacking & issuance, re-stocking of inventory and conducting physical inventory counts for raw material and supplies required by production. The role will also include supervising incoming lot acceptance tests for key components.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing store inventory, including chemicals and flammable storage. This encompasses receiving and issuing of raw materials, handling and following up on disposition of MRB inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.
• Oversee the in-coming inspection and requirements of inventory purchases (including expiry date, qualification requirements and storage condition) as defined by purchase specification requirements.
• Perform Quarter and Year-end stock count.
• Review buy-plan and issue Purchase Requisition to vendors to purchase items for supporting production. Report inventory values and activities. Achieve inventory management\'s KPI (Key Performance Indices).
• Liaise with vendors on deliveries and issues.
• Drive productivity and quality continuous improvements of incoming and receiving.
• Set-up and maintaining of ERP system pertaining to Inventory Management.
• Housekeep of inventory area.
• Updating SOP and work instructions, compliance to quality systems/SOX requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Min N / O level
• Minimum of 3 years\' relevant experience in Store or Warehousing

Salary range: $2.7K to $3.5K
