Job scope:
Promote mobile app and assist customers to download the app.
Guide self-payment kiosk and self-registration kiosk, and educate them on mobile payment.
Provide support as and when required.
Requirements:
Have a friendly personality and comfortable standing full shift
Excellent client service and communication skills
No Exp ok - training is provided
Prior experience in healthcare sector or customer service is a plus!
