Temp PSA (Clinic Ops)
Location: Novena
3 months contract - must commit fully !!!
Mondays - Fridays: 7.30am to 4.30/5.00/5.30pm
Starts early
Receive and screen patients arriving at the clinic.
Perform full process of registration and administration for patient.
Prepare referral letters and maintain proper filing system for scanned documents.
Provide excellent service standards and assistance to patients.
Perform counter and medical records duties.
Answer and handle telephone inquiries.
Undertake any other duties assigned as assigned.
