Need to be open to work weekends and public holidays
5.5 days retail hours = 44 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Providing customer service as trained.
- Handle sales transactions, which involve processing cash, credit, and debit card payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Cross and up-sell with our promotions and accessories options.
- Merchandising and inventory management
- Conducting quarterly inventory counts.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Following company policies and procedures: Sales associates must follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and security guidelines.
- Outgoing, friendly, and empathetic personalities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Desire to help others.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 10 kg
- \'O\' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
