Job Scope:
- Attending to inbound calls
- Attending to call back requests from customers
- Ensure follow up on cases escalated
- Handle basic admin duties, such as filing of claims for customers, attend to emails enquiries
- Assist with replacement procedure/application issues etc.
- Perform simple investigation for cases
- Assist with mentoring new call centre officers
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors
- Min GCE O Level and above
