About our client :
They are an authentic Japanese restaurant in the heart of Singapore, known for charcoal-grilled skewers, warm hospitality, and late-night vibes. We're building our next generation of leaders through an intensive 3-month Management Trainee programme.

Salary: SGD 3,000/month during training Hours: 4:00pm - 2:00am, 6 days/week Employment Type: 3-month Training Programme (TEP)
What You'll Do
Rotate across front-of-house and back-of-house to learn end-to-end operations (guest service, reservations, floor management, POS, bar basics, opening/closing).
Support daily yakitori & kitchen prep, quality, hygiene, and inventory routines.
Assist supervisors with shift planning, team coordination, and problem-solving during peak hours.
Learn our brand standards and help deliver a memorable guest experience.
Who You Are
Passionate about Japanese food culture and hospitality.
Comfortable with late-night shifts (4pm-2am) and a 6-day work week.
Japanese or Korean skills for Japanese and Korean to liaise with speaking guests and kitchen team; English for daily operations.
Positive attitude, hands-on, and eager to grow into a leadership track.
Eligible for Singapore's Training Employment Pass (TEP) for a 3-month training attachment.
