What the role is:We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant to design, develop and steward CSC's customer journeys and processes in CSC's service blueprint as part of Project INtegrated EXperience (INEX). You will also play a role in facilitating staff development, driving capability enhancement initiatives, and supporting strategic foresight in technology innovation as part of the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG).What you will be working on:INEX xe2x80xa2 Design, develop and steward CSC's customer journeys and processes in CSC's service blueprint xe2x80xa2 Conceptualise and re-design policies and processes, working with departments and ICT, in order to implement the new service blueprint and improve internal effectiveness and efficiency xe2x80xa2 Design, develop and recommend concept of operations in support of CSC's services xe2x80xa2 Conceptualise product vision, development roadmap, high level user requirements and user stories for new IT projects xe2x80xa2 Facilitate collaboration and efficiency across project teams ETG: xe2x80xa2 Coordinate and implement training programs aimed at enhancing the technical skills of ETG staff. xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assess skill gaps and identify training needs. xe2x80xa2 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of staff development initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement. xe2x80xa2 Develop and execute a comprehensive tech capability plan aligned with organisational goals.What we are looking for:

• Experienced and skilled in Human Centred Design, Business Process Re-engineering / Improvement, Agile and SCRUM methodology xe2x80xa2 Between 4 to 8 years of relevant working experience xe2x80xa2 Possess initiative and drive, resilient, resourceful and able to work independently xe2x80xa2 Possess strong analytical and communication skills xe2x80xa2 Able to take a systems-perspective xe2x80xa2 Strong EQ/interpersonal awareness, political sensitivity and situational awareness; able to work collaboratively and effectively engage with and influence stakeholders xe2x80xa2 Self-aware, curious, humble and strong learning orientation Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work xe2x80xa2 Project management skills xe2x80xa2 Facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management Please note that this will be a 3-year contract.
