*** ONLY Singaporeans , as no quota for any work pass ***Location: Sims CloseWorking Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri) 9.30am to 6.30pmSalary (commensurate with experience) Up to S$3,500As a 3D Commercial Designer specializing in Retail Fit-Out and Event Set Up, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and visualizing design solutions that enhance retail spaces, F&B outlets, offices, and event setups. Your creativity and technical expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and operational requirements.Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptual Design: Develop innovative and practical design concepts that align with client briefs and project objectives.
  • 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Space Planning: Conduct thorough space planning and layout design to optimize functionality and aesthetics within retail and event environments.
  • Material and Finish Selection: Specify appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design concepts, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
  • Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical drawings, including plans, elevations, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept through to completion.
  • Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary to achieve project approval and satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in project coordination activities, including site visits, supplier coordination, and quality assurance to ensure adherence to design intent and project timelines.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail design and event setups to continuously enhance design capabilities and project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Must able to handle both English and Chinese written documents.
  • Proven 2 to 3 years working experience as a 3D Commercial Designer specializing in retail fit-out and event set up, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools. Experience with rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona Renderer) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is required.
  • Design Excellence: Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling 3D visualizations and technical drawings. Experience in spatial planning, material selection, and fixture design within retail and event environments is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas clearly to clients and project teams.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
