Job Description

The main focus of this role is to work closely with the product development teams to create efficient in-game ready 3D models and brand assets, handling multiple projects while adhering to deadlines. Responsibilities

• Utilization of blender, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance painter, and other related tools to author 3D assets.

• Ensure all assets are efficient and meet technical requirements (LOWPOLY)*.

• Create in-game ready 3D assets to be integrated in Unity.

• Creating 3D assets to meet artistic standards.

• Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to the highest quality standard

• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the digital design field.

• Provide effective support to team members and mentor team member as and when required, maintain ongoing positive relationships and effectively coordinate the project to ensure completion within the allocated timelines.

Requirements

• Strong aesthetic sense, an eye for composition, realism, texture, color.

• Experience in digital art content pipeline (mid and low-poly modelling, UV unwrapping, baking, texturing and rendering)

• Deep understanding of lighting and material.

• Strong working knowledge of Blender.

• Can independently finish environment model creation, UV edit, material creation, texture baking.

• A keen willingness to adapt work as the project evolves.

• Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.

• Ability to receive constructive feedback in order to improve work quality

• Excellent problem solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables

• Portfolio showing 3D art skills and/or demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity
