Job Description

The main focus of this role is to work closely with the product development teams to create efficient in-game ready 3D models and brand assets, handling multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
Responsibilities

• Utilization of blender, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance painter, and other related tools to author 3D assets
• Ensure all assets are efficient and meet technical requirements (LOWPOLY)*
• Create in-game ready 3D assets to be integrated in Unity
• Creating 3D assets to meet artistic standards
• Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to the highest quality standard
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the digital design field
• Provide effective support to team members and mentor team member as and when required, maintain ongoing positive relationships and effectively coordinate the project to ensure completion within the allocated timelines

• Strong aesthetic sense, an eye for composition, realism, texture, color
• Experience in digital art content pipeline (mid and low-poly modelling, UV unwrapping, baking, texturing and rendering)
• Deep understanding of lighting and material
• Strong working knowledge of Blender
• Can independently finish environment model creation, UV edit, material creation, texture baking
• A keen willingness to adapt work as the project evolves
• Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware
• Ability to receive constructive feedback in order to improve work quality
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Great fashion sense
• Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables
• Portfolio showing 3D art skills and/or demonstrating a high level of artistic creativity
