Position : Admin Executive cum PA (Banking/ Finance Background/ Mins of Meeting)-3days WFH
Location : Collyer Quay (nearest MRT: Raffles)
Working hours : 5 days a week (WITH 3 days Work from HOME / Hybrid)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Performance Bonus (Up to 10% of annual based salary) 22 days AL + Insurance Coverage + Medical and Dental Coverage

Main Responsibilities:
To support with the day-to-day operations by doing tasks required by Regional Head of Business Information.
Completes operational requirements and exhibit profession communication in internal (regional and in country) and external stakeholders.
Daily maintenance of the manager\'s calendar by scheduling meetings, conference calls, and adjusting where required (if required)
Ensure that requests for advice or information and queries coming from other functions and country managers in the Region are carefully tracked and responded to; as necessary, follow up on required actions
Create presentations and other communications for both internal and external audience on behalf of the manager
Quality and complete minute taking in meetings defined by manager with circulation of minutes where required
Be the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization (clients, suppliers, staff, visitors)
Organize meetings and manage thorough forward planning ensuring manager is adequately prepared, and is provided in advance the meeting materials, background of the participants, and etc
Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
2+ years working experience in sales administration function in banking or insurance industry
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and PC applications
Excellent communication and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
