We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (English & Mandarin) Appointment Scheduler to join our Interior Design & Construction team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact inbound leads and schedule consultation appointments with our design consultants. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and professional first point of contact for potential clients interested in renovating or designing their spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Call inbound leads promptly to schedule design consultation appointments
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin
Understand basic client needs to schedule with the most suitable consultant
Update and manage appointment schedules accurately
Provide friendly and helpful customer service that reflects our brand values
Follow up on missed calls or unconfirmed appointments when necessary
Requirements:
Fluent in both spoken English and Mandarin
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to understand and relay basic information related to interior design and renovation services
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in customer service, appointment setting, or the interior design industry is an advantage
Work Schedule:
Mon-Thurs: 10am - 6pm (Work In Office)
Fri: 10am - 6pm (Work From Home)
