Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
Perform Cashiering.
Perform Billing.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.
Requirements:
Minimally GCE O Levels
Able to start work on short notice
