Develop and execute training programs to improve service standards. Develop training manuals that target tangible results. Implement effective and purposeful training methods. Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets the restaurant's needs and improves the customer's dining experience. Assess service employees' skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement. Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities. Effectively communicate with team members and management. Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the restaurant's goals. Assist in service operations and on-the-job training. Qualifications Has at least 5 years of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment Has good communication and interpersonal skills
