Retail & Operations Executive [Contract, Full-Time]

Retail & Operations Executive

or such other post as determined by the Employer, its holding company or its associate or subsidiary companies (together called the "Group").

Responsibilities include:

Retail:

Executing and overseeing day to day operations i.e., Opening/Closing, inventory management, replenishments, customer service, cashiering, sales reporting, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries Assisting in setup and roll out of new stores locally and overseas Achieving or exceeding sales and customer growth targets Ensuring excellent in store customer service and experience Executing in store-activities, events or campaigns Reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly product and sales performance Contributing regularly at internal meetings with team members to optimise store operations, improve workflow and productivity Reporting to Retail & Community manager

Customer service:

Handling daily customer queries with prompt and appropriate solutions and escalating concerns to relevant departments Contributing regularly to innovation and improvement of workflow between online and offline sales channels Inspecting returned items and processing store credit refunds Ensuring excellent customer experience online and offline

Skills & Requirements

Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time contract role for minimum duration of 4-6 months Minimum I year working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player Able to converse fluently in English Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
