Responsibilities?
The Community Operations Manager will be responsible for various aspects related to the operation of open-source products developed by 4Paradigm (such as OpenMLDB). This includes managing the technical community, expanding customer acquisition channels, and increasing commercial user conversion rate. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute an operation plan for open source products, covering channels such as technical communities, self-media platforms, online and offline workshops, to enhance product exposure and conversion rates.
- Optimize the content and presentation of products, documentation, and other go-to-market materials.
- Track, promote, and operate the commercial usage of open source products, collaborating with the R&D team and participating in relevant project management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a well-known universities, preferably in an engineering-related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in product community operations, with a strong preference for open-source products
- Possess a certain level of technical background and ability, capable of collaborating with development engineers or independently producing technical content for the community
- Demonstrated project management skills, able to collaborate with the team for the commercialization users of open source products
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
