Jobscope:
- Responsible for the administrative support to Sourcing Department, including coordination. of regulatory documentation requests, preparing purchasing documents and coordination and input of assigned purchasing database.
- Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
- Assist in maintaining information for the Global Purchasing Database.
- Assist in sourcing of materials.
- Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels.
- To carry any additional job-related duties, this may be assigned from time to time, when and where necessary.
- Min Diploma in any courses
- Min 2 years of production planning experience
- Able to start work immediately
